Retention Specialist

About The Position
Roya.com is currently seeking a highly motivated salesperson who is passionate about prospecting, consulting, and matching prospects to the right product to help them grow their business through online marketing. This position will be full sales cycle. A Sr. AE should be able to prospect leads, professionally reach out by phone and email, book appointments for consultations, conduct online demos, and negotiate pricing proposals. Ideally this candidate will have experience with internet marketing and B2B sales. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner and extremely self-motivated in order to be successful in a remote environment until we return to the office. A Sr. AE must be personable, organized, professional, reliable, and responsible.
Responsibilities
First line of response on client retention calls or cancellation requests. Professionally discern any concerns, reason for cancellation request, and resolve issues when possible.
Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and/or concerns. In this proactive support role, we expect you to get in front of the issue as soon as possible and give feedback on how to improve client retention.
Promote client retention by understanding the issues, troubleshooting the website, resolving any problems, and using our systems to document the efforts.
This includes fielding and troubleshooting incoming support communication.
Act as the point person with the objective of minimizing call transfers or callbacks in order to provide a one-call solution.
Follow up on marketing efforts and reports, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
Handle minor support items
Proactive outreach initial survey
Web ReDesign conversations
Responsible for pro-active client retention, satisfaction and conflict resolution when applicable.
Domain Transfer Requests
Work in a team-focused environment to collaborate on getting tasks done together as needed.

Requirements
Proven ability to:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Gain a strong understanding of Roya.com’s product offerings and platform.

Other necessary skills:
A strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new computer software quickly.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.

About The Position

We’re looking for a new Corporate Marketing Strategist to join the Roya.com team, ready to collaborate with the business development and account executive teams to generate new business opportunities and support strategic partnerships. This individual will primarily focus on new business lead generation, partner support, corporate branding, PR and communications but will also work directly with select client accounts.
Responsibilities
